Here are some vintage flutes that I have restored.

This is a Rudall Carte & Co marching band flute in F. As you can see it needed a serious clean.....

 

As well as cleaning the wood and keywork, all pads and springs were replaced.

 

This is the 'G' key on a Boehm System Rudall Carte & Co flute from the late 1800's. It was held together with glue. A customer sent this flute in, I cleaned the wood and keywork and replaced all the pads and cork.

 

I removed the glue and soldered the key, looks quite a bit neater now! The flute played beautifully.
